After replacing almost everything in my '90 Chevy K2500 pickup from the engine to the brakes, I figured next time I need to do something I'll make sure no circuit breaker is needed is with pipe extension. Now I use this for almost anything that has a part that I want to remove later and having done that I would say it's worth the price, the time it takes to put it on and it is definitely easier than removing the screw shank after unscrewing the head. I've removed the brake rotors, exhaust flanges, exhaust bolts, pipe hangers and recently installed some strut assemblies and lots of bolts when rebuilding my snowblower, chipper and trailer brakes. I prefer the applicator to putting it on my finger and rubbing it against something. I also put it on everything I replace on my cars that has a bolt in the engine... like the thermostat housing, O2 sensors, oil filter housing and so on. A lot of stuff would be easy to remove even without this stuff, but after cutting a few bolts while trying to replace a transition pipe on a truck, I'm taking the path of least resistance as I plan on never putting on a new car again to buy . . .
