Nothing fancy, these are adjustable washer jets. They work great, better than the broken ones I had before. They fit the Isuzu I drive, although they don't quite fit and the gasket needs a little sanding to get it to fit 100%, but whatever it is, they don't come loose or ride (mostly they have a little Leakage). leaks a little, but it's okay) in general they work fine.
