My interactions with the AGVANA company were underwhelming, despite the brand's assertions that its fashion items are of the highest possible quality. The clothes, shoes, and jewelry that I ordered from the internet but did not receive were of low quality and did not meet the standards that were outlined on the website. The materials that were utilized to make the apparel were delicate and easily torn, the shoes were uncomfortable and of poor quality, and the jewelry appeared to be of low quality and was flimsy. In addition, when I attempted to address my problems, the customer care department would not respond to my inquiries and was of no assistance. When taken as a whole, AGVANA does not live up to its claim of supplying high-quality clothing and so ought to be handled with extreme caution.
