Bought for my mother who is 72 years old and doesn't know much about gadgets. She had absolutely no problems with them and says they're easy to hit once you get the hang of them. Therefore, they are very convenient to use. It really helps with the swelling she has in her legs. Now she uses them every day and it has helped her a lot with her circulation and pain. She also says they feel great and she loves the squeezing massage. The fact that the velcro straps are adjustable allowed her to adjust the fit so they weren't too tight, although she had to adjust them the first time she used them. Her number one tip is to flex your toes a little. and leave the rest of the Velcro on the leg a little looser. This helps get the best possible pressure out of the device without being too tight. Worth every penny for how much it helped my mom!
