I ordered these pants to try something lighter than the BDU 5.11 that I was given for working in an ambulance. I've been wearing the same 5.11s for 10 years and they're heavy, unnecessary and burdensome. Although they are durable, high-quality and have a lot of pockets, they get very hot and uncomfortable in them, and it is impossible to scratch them. These pants were incredibly light from the moment I first got my hands on them. The material is elastic and comfortable, the quality is excellent. They are semi fitting, true to size and darker than the photos (not bad). I'm 5ft 11", 220lbs, muscular and they fit perfectly. The built in strap with the ability to tighten or loosen it is great and saves the wearer from the hassle of constantly threading the strap (which means extra weight). The bags have a low profile and are easy to move, bend, crouch, sit and walk. So far I have no complaints but I will come back in 3 and 6 months to inform the buyers. The delivery was my only disappointment. I ordered them with a two day delivery guarantee as I needed them in four days for an outdoor trip in the mountains. Shipping took over two weeks and the order still hadn't even been picked/processed/packed after about 10 days, despite charging my card and saying you wouldn't charge until it was shipped. It wasn't cool at all and very disappointing. I would like to buy another pair but will look elsewhere. Otherwise great pants.
