Review on LIBA studio by Mido Taylor
Enjoying an environment where creativeness is expected and rewarded
The best part about working at Liba Studio was that we were given complete freedom in our designs, which allowed for great creativity! This also made it difficult as well because if you had any ideas of your own or wanted something different than what they gave me (which I appreciated), then there would be conflict over who got their way most often - especially when deadlines came into play...
Overall though this experience has been good so far; however more work needs done before giving my final thoughts/rating out 100% yet.- Getting paid fairly- Freedom from bosses & hierarchy structure within offices.
Pros
- Great environment to create art with friends&/or other artists under one roof without having someone looking down upon us like an authoritarian figure.Great people willing take time off early during busy times just cause its fun doing creative things together outside school hours too :)
Cons
- Too many distractions around here where even while trying hard not get distracted by anything else but drawing / creating
