There are some metal parts and I feel reasonably stable with both hands on the keyboard while typing. the screen shakes constantly because the metal plate on which the laptop stands has no reinforcement. the metal plate doesn't fold down as the fan doesn't have mounts on opposite sides, and the leg holders are already on their way. A nice mount for an extra laptop to save space on your desk, but don't expect to be typing on it a lot. Terrible, everything shakes.
