works great after firmware update

I had to contact support via WhatsApp and he gave me a link to update the firmware to make h265 work. He also mentioned that I should use the ipcmanager app to update the firmware instead of a web browser and that I should do the update over a network cable and not Wi-Fi, which I did.

Pros
