Faulty Encoder Ruins Streaming Experience

This product may seem like the answer to all your streaming needs, but unfortunately, it falls short in performance. The device has a tendency to malfunction and cause disruptions in your video and audio streams. While the initial setup is easy, the product simply lacks quality and reliability. Good electronics are supposed to enhance your experience, but this product does the opposite.

Pros
  • Easy setup, compatible with Facebook
Cons
  • Malfunctioning device, disrupts streams.

works fine after firmware update

I had to contact support on whatsapp and they gave me a firmware update link to get h265 working. He also mentioned that I should use the ipcmanager app to update the firmware instead of a web browser and that I should do the update using a network cable and not Wi-Fi, which I did.

Pros
  • audio and video accessories
Cons
  • there are cons
