I don't know what happened. The reviews seemed to be good. Mine is probably just bad. The screen flickers, Wi-Fi does not turn on, there is a lag in the response when touching the screen. I bought it to literally play a game. Not a very intensive game either. This was the only thing I installed and it doesn't work very well. i give it back As this was my first experience with this company it was very bad. Edit: After a round with the support team, which was a great experience, a replacement was released. What an upgrade should be. Although the frame rate is slightly better, the screen flickers, my apps crash, the wifi crashes a few times and it's still slower and far inferior to my brand name 5 year old tablet.
