I think this item is underrated! I don't think I've ever talked about undervalued items before. I just received it and was impressed with its quality. The next day I plugged it in to test the lighter. It worked great on my Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, which I can't find an easier replacement for. The charging adapter does exactly what it promises. I have one slot for a lighter and the other slot I use for a rear camera. What I like is that my backup camera only stays on for 30 seconds. To extend my backup time, I had to turn it off and have the camera turn on again. With the charging adapter, I just double-tap the button on top of the adapter to turn the camera off and on. My camera is back which gives me the time I need to back up much faster. The charging adapter provides a constant battery status display showing battery charge and my alternator's power output. I love it.
