Review on ZOUTOG by John Salleh

I'm a huge fan of do-it-yourself projects, so I couldn't wait to give ZOUTOG's online store a try for my newest outdoor endeavor. My overall impression was not a positive one. While there is a fair amount of variety, the quality of the goods is severely lacking. The gardening tools I bought were poorly built, and they quickly broke after I started using them. The planters and pots didn't fare well when exposed to the weather due to their flimsy construction. Even worse, when I called for assistance, I received no response from customer support. To get a refund, I had to jump through a lot of hurdles. In general, ZOUTOG is not something I would suggest to other do-it-yourselfers. Don't bother going there; it's not worth it.
