Review on Loctite 483630 Thread Sealant 50 Mililiter by Donald Vargas

This material is excellent for all threads that attach to oil fittings on a motorcycle. Highly recommended. Just follow the threads. This can be a tight fit if applied at the beginning of thread application, so it is recommended to apply towards the end. I used this to install a Jagg oil cooler and it worked as it should. Jag Oil Cooler's instructions include the use of this thread sealant. No leaks or complaints. I recently put an oil drain plug on the end after an oil change to make sure there were no leaks and it worked great. Of course, the oil drain plug o-ring was still there, so it was placed on the threads just before the o-ring. A small amount of fresh oil was applied to the O-ring.
