Easy to use interface for non technical users. Well organized tests which are easy to create and maintain. It's very helpful to have different versions of a page or feature so that you can do A B C D E F etc. when reviewing issues. Sometimes it could be difficult to identify what step needs attention but I think this might because we are using an older version of spirtatest compared to other similar products. We're solving our issue of having many people involved in QA process. This allows us to scale up without adding more staff.
