Bubble umbrella protects against rain and wind

I walk several kilometers a day to exercise and control my weight and I need extra protection from the rain and wind. The clear bubble umbrella keeps my head and shoulders dry while the clear plastic lets me see where I'm going. When not in use, it is lightweight and easy to carry. I would like the bubble or dome to have a lower drop for added protection from snow and rain. In general, I was satisfied with the umbrella.
