This is a great little birthday outfit. I saw shirts costing more than this whole outfit and I’m so glad I went with it. The tutu has a little skirt underneath and the shirt fit my daughter well. She can wear anywhere from 18mo to 2t clothing comfortably. We got lots of compliments.
