The mechanism itself is great and this is the second Vanmass I have bought. Unfortunately the clip that attaches to the air vent broke after a few months of use in my friend's car. I emailed Vanmass on a Sunday afternoon and in the evening they contacted me and offered to send me a new clipper. It arrived in 4 days (a different type of mechanism, this one hooks onto the vent instead of being clamped), installed and working perfectly. Great service and great product.
