So I have sciatica and a bad hip right now from major weight loss, used to be at 416 - And I needed something to hold me in a bit, while I wish these werent sooo stretchy ( meaning giving a lil more compression) I can actually wear them under pants and they are not visible, You have to hike them up really well, because they have the seams created for men, but the 4x work well, covers my whole belly, goes to about mid thigh. As a female if you are big it is hard to find the size you need, because its like the fashion world assumes we are all dainty. I am extremely happy with my purchase, just wish they were a stronger, not so loose material. They aren't the wrong size, the material is just very stretchy.
