The drum unit has been replaced according to the instructions on the box, but the printer still displays an error message stating that the drum unit needs to be replaced every time you try to print. There are 4 different methods to reset the drum counter on the insert; However, none of these apply to my device - for example, for models with a display panel, the method requires pressing "OK" but there is no "OK" on my device. The method for other printers suggests pressing "#" until the message changes, but there is no "#" on my computer. So I suspect I'll get an error message for the rest of the printer's life. Aggravating!
