I think this is a great heavy duty and secure drop box, and these came with some of the largest heavy duty screws I've seen so far from ordering Best Buy products. I love that this is white, and it's an off white for sure, and the coating has some minor imperfections that do not bother me enough to be upset over. This used safe arrived locked with the key inside and no directions. Help? Anyone know how to reset and/or open this safe? The battery slot is inside and the keypad is not lighting up. Will be returning soon if the merchant doesn’t chime in. Thanks.

UPDATED 6/18/22I've had to come back to update this. I found another pretty major flaw.rain. This box is set up so that the slot to put mail in doesn't have a lot of protection. When it rains, rain can easily pour right in.and that's a huge problem. The rain has nowhere to go. So I didn’t get this for mail. I got this to be a drop box for cash from a local auction group I’m active in. I sell things and people pick them up. I don’t like having multiple people pick up and not being home because someone could easily rob me. I wall mounted this in view of my blink camera so I can see the box. It feels very sturdy made. It was fairly easy to mount but the anchors it came with were garbage. It says to use a 3/16” drill bit to drill the holes but that was so small it wasn’t

Absolutely terrible. As soon as I got it I followed instructions and after I put in the batteries it completely shut down. The entire unlocking system is broken.

This "safe” was broken when I received it literally the cheap metal that they use to make the drop shoot was broken making this unusable. Unfortunately I waited too long to open it so I couldn’t return it.

Can't close the door is stuck and there's no contact info for seller. It's not even about the $$ for the safe, it cost more to have it installed and now it's just stuck in an open position.

This is a solid drop box. It seems durable and strong enough to deter theft as well as provide protection for the contents. Well made and should last a long time.
