I have enough Anker products and will definitely buy other products from this brand. I chose this device after trying devices from two other brands including the manufacturer of my noise canceling BT headphones. These devices had to be sent back as they were interfering with my laptop's mic and in the second example the mic quality and BT connection on calls was poor. In contrast, the Anker had very good sound quality as a speaker and better mic quality than my previous attempts. It connected easily via BT and overall I was happy with the conference calls using Zoom and Skype. Then came the day when I had to take notes on a conference call at work. Catastrophe! I couldn't take notes until I completely turned off the Anker device. The issue was the Anker device interfering with my Logitech BT keyboard. The keystrokes multiply as if I were holding down the keys. When both devices worked at the same time, this was such a common problem that I called tech support. I also tried using the Anker as a wired device but couldn't get it to work with calls the way it would a BT device. I ended up returning this device and opting for a different brand - fourth device in case anyone is watching. In the end this device is a pretty good speakerphone but it wasn't compatible with my setup due to interference from other BT devices that I rely on.
