We've had ours (the 5.5 x c4.5 foot rectangular version) for almost five years and still love it. It works flat like a dog bed (I've slept in it a lot), vertical on the long end (like a hammock or banana sofa, great for reading), vertical on the long end (like a tall beanbag, good for puzzle or board games), games ) or diagonally in the corner (e.g. a big, fluffy gaming chair). Despite countless uses, including two kids and two cats, *still* no tears, tears or spills, stains or smells. We should probably wash the cover at some point (and maybe give it away soon, just because we've upgraded other furniture and maybe there's no room for it anymore), but. Cats and I will definitely miss him when he goes! :(
