This is a terrible chair. It's not comfortable. It looks cheap. It looks cheap. parts. Eventually the company sent me the parts and I was able to assemble the finished chair, which was wobbly and crooked. The problem was not assembly related as the piston holding the chair was not strong or tight to the seat bracket causing it to wobble back and forth when I sat in it. I was able to confirm it was design related because I now had 2 complete chairs made up of parts and they both had the same critical design flaw.
