I'm so happy I bought this and can't believe how easy and well it worked. It took me less than 10 minutes to remove individual lashes from both eyes. I used a cotton swab and dipped it in the bottle, then dabbed my lashes, waited a minute and wiped the lashes with a lint free cotton pad until they came loose. As someone who is very clumsy I was terrified to use this as the reviews say it hurts and expected to end up half blind and in agony but I kept my eyes tightly shut, almost terrified and had no resolution at all in my opinion.
