Play 101 Sticks have been my go-to for many years. I'm Asian and have fairly oily eyelids which means even the most waterproof eyeliner and mascara tend to run and smear on me over time. Gel eyeliner is usually a nightmare. I've found this to be the only product that glides on smoothly (even when wet!), applies richly for a bold look, blends for a smoky effect, applies directly with a finger or a liner brush and dries beautifully in place and is mostly swim and sweat resistant (I've worn this eyeliner to swim and dance). I wish I could buy one in every color, although my favorite is just the matte brown shades for a natural looking eyeliner. One caveat: be sure to close them every time. The lids that come with it are excellent and sealed and can be used for a long time (I've had one for probably a full year). But if you let them dry, they become very dry and sticky and difficult to use. I also know they can be used for more than just eyeliner, but I find them quite dry to use on lips. I would probably gently mix them with more lip balm than lip liner before using a more moisturizing lipstick. Again, they're very pigmented right out of the stick, so you don't need a lot. However, their excellence as an eyeliner keeps me coming back to them.
