Must use Blonde Me y'all Developer

Like. I use T-ICE plus some W sand and it gives me the perfect pure white. Yes, an icy shade is icy, and a sandy shade is neutral. They must be neutral or white will roll into silver territory. If you want a slightly silvery white, don't add sand, add some T-Steel, which is blue and gets you into that icy white territory IF pre-lightened to a level 10 pale pale yellow (frosted butter color). have and only then. I only need about 7 minutes to process. So I apply QUICK QUICK QUICK from behind and finish on top of the last. Then once the crown is perfect, I KNOW that perfection is everywhere. By the time I clean up the mess and start taking a shower, the deed is already done. For others it may take longer. You can leave it on for up to 20 minutes, but be sure to check the tone every 5 minutes as it won't be noticeable and you'll suddenly have more "color" than you wanted just because you didn't wash off fast enough. On the other hand, if after 20 minutes (exposure time + 20 minutes) you have not achieved the desired tone, then most likely you simply have not lifted to a pale yellow value up to the maximum pale yellow. 10+ But if you've gone all white, you've gone too far and your hair is history. So you have to know what you are doing. One more thing: I first tried this toner with a cheap, cheap developer, Sally's Ion, and I did NOT get the result I was looking for. Next time I did the same thing, pre-lighten and all, and used Schwartzkopf Blond Me Developer and VIOLA! Perfect results every time with the Blond Me developer. It is extremely important to use the same brand of dye and developer, even if they are professional brands. Wella developers won't do best with Schwartzkopf and vice versa, although both options are preferable to any Sally's developer (but they're all terrible). For best results use Wella Developer in Wella Color and Schwartzkopf Developer in Schwartzkopf and they must be from the same line. No Wella Color Charm Developer with Koleston Perfect by Wella Professionals. I mean why are you doing this? It's not the same. The dye and developer in every professional line of products have been designed to work together and ALWAYS produce the best possible result. So, from now on, follow this one rule. And make sure you know the difference between Schwartzkopf Blond Me Toning, White Blending and Lifting. These are very different animals for very different purposes, so read all the details to death before you buy, but most importantly before you apply. Better safe than sorry, trust me. You can combine the toning and white blending formulas as I have detailed here and made my own. Just make sure you know exactly when and why to use shades from each formula category. Make sure you pick the right one or you won't even get close to your goal.
