Worst printer I have ever bought and I have had quite a few home and office printers. From day one this printer never worked. Never did any fine print, they said it must have ink (check the date, should be covered under warranty). The warranty period for the ink that came with the printer I just bought expired almost exactly 1 year before my purchase (6/2018). Bought new toner, same problem. They told me to buy a head cleaning kit (yes I just bought a printer). Needless to say, this printer has been replaced and found a new home at a local junkyard. Beware!
