Review on WFM Buddy by Dan West

It is easy for all employees to use at once without any problems. The staff are very helpful in solving any issues that may arise with us. I have not found anything specific that would dislike about this program so far. We love using it! Nothing yet. There are currently no dislikes as of now. This has helped our organization streamline communication amongst team members. Everyone can easily communicate via video or text chat which helps keep everyone updated. The biggest benefit is that it gives me instant insight into my employees' schedules. I can also see how they are responding to scheduling changes - which has helped improve overall communication with them! There could be some improvements in terms of ease of use (especially for new users). We're using this software as an internal tool to help us manage our staff's schedules. It helps keep track of who does what days/times etc., so we can quickly communicate schedule updates or other important news.
