As others have commented, It takes time to assemble this. It's made in China and the glass top does not fit into the plastic wicker edging.The directions are not terribly helpful. It's much easier if you have two people working together. We bought it later in the summer when there were fewer choices. If we had to do it over again, we would choose a different product. It's supposed to sit on for holders that protrude about an inch out from the plastic edging but due to the plastic wicker being made too narrow, it's impossible for the glass to sit flat. This means that in the morning the dew is always running off onto one person's lap if you don't wipe it down both on top and underneath. Additionally, the water will drop down onto an lucky person's seat who is on that side. I suspect there is a metal bar inside the plastic wicker edging as it's impossible to stretch out to make it wide enough to get the glass to sit evenly on it. This also means that if you accidentally spill a drink, or if it's hot outside and water condenses off of your glasses, it will run down into your lap very unexpectedly. Keep looking.
