Review on Skytech Shiva 🎮 Gaming Desktop with HD DisplayPort by Eric King

I was very happy with this computer out of the box. Setup was very easy and I started playing the same day. After about 2.5 months I got a blue screen and Windows wouldn't load. I contacted Skytech Gaming and we went through a few steps and then they sent me a new SSD. They said to wait 1-3 weeks. I received it in about a week. Replaced the SSD and had the same blue screen errors. Contacted Skytech Gaming again and spent about an hour troubleshooting. This time they were able to fix the problem for me and provide a workaround until delivery of the faulty part. Overall I would say it was a great experience because while I didn't expect to run into an issue so soon after purchase, the support team was very reliable and I was able to find a solution in a timely manner. I was also able to learn a little more about the computer and its components.
