Incredible laptop, by far the best I've ever bought from Revain.

This Dell Latitude E7470 was purchased to replace an old Dell Inspiron that I gave to my youngest son. I run Linux Mint Mate on all my computers and use the Wine compatibility layer to run some Windows programs that I use. Mint includes everything anyone would typically need or want, and it's a lot easier to use and more secure than Windows ever was, and I'm going back to the days of MS-DOS and the first iterations of Windows that got to me I know that this machine is being sold as "Refurbished" but I see no evidence that the laptop I received was ever used. It's as "new" to me as any new computer I've ever bought! When it arrived it was "exactly" as advertised and so much better than I expected that it took me a while to overcome my amazement and set it up. I usually format the hard drive and replace Windows with the latest version of Linux Mint, which is what I plan to do with this Dell. After checking the specs of the device, I found that it comes with a 512GB SSD and a fully legal Windows 10 installation awaiting activation. So I figured out what the heck it is to leave Windows in place for a random Windows program I'm running and install Linux Mint 19.3 along with it on a separate partition. This way I can "dual boot" these two operating systems and get the best out of each. It took a while to get everything set up, but now this *new* Dell is a dual boot computer with the option to select Mint or Windows from the boot start menu. I am very happy with this purchase. When it comes to getting the most bang for your buck, I haven't seen anything better than this PC, no matter how you put it!
