disappointed with too many side effects

This product sounds good but the side effects of dizziness and extreme tiredness along with headaches are not for me. I don't like feeling like this. I took one capsule once a day for 6 days as directed and on the 6th day I felt the strongest side effects. Fuzzy thinking isn't for me either.
