Tie Kinex has been an excellent partner of ours for over 7 years now! They are always willing & able to help when we need it most - whether is be during normal working hours or after-hours/overnight support from their team members who work around the clock (in case something goes wrong!).
The best thing about them as far I am concerned? Their customer service skills which have never let me down once ever since day one they started supporting us back then!! We use tie kinetex's services mainly because there was no other way available at this time point but using third party providers like theirs due to some internal issues regarding IT infrastructure setup within my organization.
Pros
- They are very fast in responding to our requests and are always able to resolve our issues quickly and efficiently even when we need it the most!
Cons
- I haven't come across anything as of yet which I dislike about them
