Terrible woodwork and wood quality

I'll start with the reasons I gave this one a star. First, there were no instructions, no parts list, or even a product photo. From the photos of the product it was easy to understand how I would assemble it. to wait for him. Revain list. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ Actually it was a long piece of cardboard with an advertisement for car headlights. Now we come to the main reason why I rejected this product. When I started attaching the boards (what I might add is just cheap unfinished cork - maybe ok if moths don't find the material πŸ‘Ž) I found that the holes were drilled too deep to attach the boards. in metal frame. A coil of wire on each frame blocks the top edge of each of the panels. πŸ‘Ž No problem - I just stick them on the outside, right? Unfortunately, the identical holes in most pieces of wood were not drilled to match the holes in the frames. I'm not even a hobby carpenter, but even I can make good holes in wood! Some of the holes also look like someone tried to re-drill them and after making a mistake decided to give up; In many cases, this double fault prevents me from repairing the holes myself. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž Since I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the wood, I'll probably just throw these parts away, leave the frames and fittings and eventually cut new ones. I think that would be the simplest solution. This brings me to the advantages of the kit. The frames appear to be well made and I have all the necessary hardware plus a bonus lightweight reversible screwdriver which should do the trick for a build like this. Despite these merits, I don't think this set costs more than $20 and the wood chisels wouldn't add much value if drilled properly.
