I have calcific tendinitis and need heat therapy several times a day. This allows me to do this without having to sit in a place tied to a string. :) I agree with the other reviewer, it would be nice if there was more coverage (maybe a little more up on the shoulder and further down the arm). I use it for 30 minutes at a time and can work 3-4 times on a single charge.
