When I saw these I thought they would be perfect for mounting the LED strip on my wall but they are about 1/2 inch shorter to accommodate them. They looked like good ties, but they were no more than 2 inches in circumference and tying them was a real headache. I tried it before mounting it on the wall and using both hands it was difficult to maneuver both sides of the strap in the latch. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had mounted it on the wall first and had less space to work with. Find another type of wire clamp, this is not the one. It is better to use ordinary cable ties and a construction stapler.
