Not bad for a phone camera but not worth the price

It took me a few minutes to open the battery compartment. It was half open and I couldn't fully open or close it. I didn't want to break the tray. It then took a few minutes to reinsert the tray after inserting the batteries. Daylight shots are average. Night shots are ok compared to Spypoint cameras, but much better than Creative cameras. Night shots are grainy. Also, the night flash is in the center of the image. The flash does not cover the whole picture. The attached night photo shows 4 raccoons. The one on the right doesn't look like a raccoon, the other one is barely recognizable. The Strike Force app is fine. The Strike Force app does not show me the signal strength of the phone where the camera is located like other cameras do. I have 3 different brands of cameras on the same pig trap to see which camera I end up using to catch pigs all the time. The Spypoint camera in the same trap shows 3 out of 5 bands on the AT&T signal. Browning camera displays N/A. That way I never know if the camera has a signal or not by looking at the app on my phone. The Creative app shows 2 out of 5 bars. Making changes to the camera settings through the software takes a long time, it's not instant like in Spypoint. Image loading times in the Strike Force app are terrible. Sometimes 1 to 2 hours, sometimes 2 to 5 minutes. I use this camera to close the gate of my pig trap. I lower the gate when I see the pigs in the trap, but there are no pigs when I drive to the trap. I'm ready to send thumbnails "immediately". This isn't working properly. At the moment I do not use to close the gate. I use Spypoint and Creative cameras. They send me photos faster and more reliably. I've noticed that the time the picture is taken and the time the program notifies me are sometimes 1 or 2 hours apart. Sometimes I get notifications for 20 photos at once hours after they were taken. As the camera or app shows no cellular signal, I'm not sure if it's a camera, app or signal, but another brand's camera 6m away shows a good signal. The camera is suitable for searching. for wildlife but not for pig traps or security if you need quick alerts if something is trapped or someone is in your yard when you are away from home then this camera is not for that. I have been using Browning game cameras for many years with very good luck. I thought these cell phone trail cameras would give me the same quality, but they don't. I can only use it for security in my shop, the monthly fee for this camera is not that much. There is no SIM card, you must use their Strike Force app. This will send the image to the app and notify your phone. You log into the app and look at the photos. There is no way to send text images directly to your phone. Update: For some reason the camera sends me a lot of pictures from 5:20 to 5:30. These photos were taken at different times of the night, but they all appear at the same time in the morning. I checked the settings, it shows send pictures immediately. No idea why the photos are so late. To update. Every time I look at the app it tells me that no internet is detected. So I close the app and reopen it and sometimes it works, sometimes I have to close and reopen. See attached screenshot. Also, some photos are 50-75 percent greyed out. Not sure why. See other attached screenshots. I cannot connect an external battery to this camera. I use the same external battery as other brands. Not sure if it's the connector on the cable or the connector on the camera or if it's a camera, but the same battery will work with other brands.
