Since I've purchased this waist trainer, I haven't had the opportunity to engage in a vigorous workout. I have worn it around the house, and the few times I've been able to go walk at the park. While I haven't seen any significant results, I would recommend it for those who are workoutaholics. After reading the reviews, I ordered a large. It fit, but I definitely could have used an extra large. For me, it wasn't totally comfortable because I couldn't wear it all the way over my bottom belly. The seams on the left and right of the zipper irritate the skin on my upper leg and create sores.
