Update - Contacted the seller over Christmas and they emailed back the next day to send a replacement. Haven't received it yet of course but the customer service has been great so far. I got this Bluetooth hat for my dad for Christmas today. When pairing and trying to listen to YouTube music and iPhone podcasts, the sound quality is terrible. My husband has a hat that looks the same but the brown leather patch is branded differently. He had no issues with his so I hoped this brand would be of the same quality. However, it sounds broken and full of noise. It's so bad that you can't use the product. I understand that this one may just be defective which is why I emailed the company. I don't expect an immediate response either as they are closed for the holidays. If they don't have a solution, I'll just send the item back. Real sock hat is very good! I like gray a lot. It's warm and super comfortable.
