We like these covers because they are made from lovely food grade silicone, but that makes them very flimsy, difficult to clean and difficult to fold. I wish the vent was bigger because even when it's open it sticks to the glass top when you spin it in the microwave. Since it is not well ventilated, hot liquid collects in it. So when you take the lid off the plate a lot of liquid collects and it's HOT and will burn you if you're not careful. I wouldn't let younger kids handle it because of this problem. Seriously, the vent needs to be bigger.
