Review on Logitech M220 Silent Wireless Mouse, Red by Mateusz Gniazdowski ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product is unreliable, it is not worth buying.

I compare with the good old M185. So, except for the silence of the buttons, the M220 mouse loses in everything. Noisier rides on the table! The wheel generally spins with some rather loud unpleasant sound of rubbing plastic. This loud scrolling nullifies the whole idea of silence, it's a MARRIAGE of the entire part. Disappointed with purchase The sound of the scroll wheel became unbearable. As a result, I rearranged the interior (a board with a sensor) into the body of an old M185 mouse - and thereby solved the problem of a noisy wheel. The wheel is attached to the top panel of the case. In the photo, m220 with the insides from m185 But Logitech certainly disgraced itself. The price of this craft is 550, no more.

Pros
  • Quiet right and left buttons
Cons
  • The wheel spins very loudly with some unpleasant sound of rubbing plastic The mouse also moves noisily on the table (rubbing against the surface) compared to the m185

Some pros: Very quiet keys, excellent ergonomics Has cons: Rapid wear - the keys are enough for about six months of intensive work. Then they are erased and stop pressing
