Customer service is the BEST ever!
At the age of 75 I often have to do with technology and miss the times when people would help behind the counter in normal shops. When I had problems with my car charger I contacted customer service but wasn't expecting much in these days of global marketing. To my great surprise, VICSEED contacted me within 2 hours and offered this old service behind the counter that I miss so much!
