It's like a dentist's office
The color of the lamp is very bright with a cool tint and a fluorescent appearance. I learned what daylight means. Not exactly what I was hoping for in the living room. Everyone blinks and comments that now when they enter they feel like a doctor. Hope this helps someone else! I'll look around for another lightbulb.
