Reviewing sales performance using KintIQ

The ability to create customized reports and dashboards in real time, which allows us to see what's working and not working. It can be used as a standalone tool or integrated with our CRM (Salesforce). Some of the customization options are limited. We need more flexibility when it comes to creating custom fields and views. Also, we would like to have an option to integrate with other applications (such as Slack) so that we can send messages directly from the app. We're solving the problem of visibility into data across multiple channels (including field staff), allowing us to make better decisions about how to allocate resources.
