The best part about this program is that it has all of our needs covered in one place! It's easy to use as well. I have been able to streamline my day so much since implementing this software into my organization because everything we need for each event can be found within one area - not having to go from person to person or emailing documents back & forth makes an already hectic schedule even more difficult. There are some things that could improve but nothing major. We've noticed a significant increase with staff satisfaction due to ease of access to information regarding their obligations when necessary.
