My disappointment was partly my own fault for not thoroughly inspecting this filter immediately after removing it from its sealed packaging. The seams were sewn in two places very close to the edge of the fabric. On first use, the concrete dust passed through unhindered and completely clogged my new vacuum, causing the thermal overload feature to shut down the unit. It had to be completely disassembled and cleaned with compressed air before it could be used again. If you purchase one of these filters, I strongly recommend that you carefully inspect them for these imperfections, including gently tugging at the seams to ensure they do not tear. Buyer Warning.
