I'm so glad I bought this. Unlike compressed air canisters, it sucks up dust and is easy to clean, charge and reuse. It's very light and I was afraid it wouldn't work. But it worked! I had a smoke alarm that kept going off even after changing the battery. I was going to throw it away and buy a new one, but I've read that it can beep due to dust/dirt. The dust was tiny and hard to see but it helped and the alarm is working great again. (Yes, yes, I checked that later) :-) Also used it to clean my iPhone's microphone which made me sound muffled on calls. Everyone has complained. I thought I'd have to buy a new phone but decided to try this one first and boom - now I'm told my voice is absolutely clear. Can also be used for keyboard. Ideal for small, hard-to-reach areas that require precise suction. This little gadget saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended.
