I like that it is very easy to use, we have been able get our clients information in just minutes instead of hours or days with other companies products! Nothing at this time but if you are looking for an excellent price point product then try them out they will exceed your expectations!! We were having issues keeping up w/our customers' data since most kept their old files from prior consultants so now when someone calls us through secone there info shows right away without delay. It is very easy to use, it has all of my information that I need for our organization.It's also great because you can easily set up notifications as well! There isn't anything about this program that I dislike so far.I love how organized it makes me with keeping records & updates for myself in one place.This will be able to keep everything straight from now on.
