The correct driver could not be found
I dared to use it as an emergency replacement for a receipt printer that failed after 7 or 8 years of heavy use. They sent a copy of the driver on CD but it doesn't fit this model. I went online and the driver links for this model actually downloaded drivers for a different model. I tried to see if it would work as both the CD and the website had this driver but after struggling with it for half a day I got fed up and returned it. I bought a newer printer model that died and it installed with no problems.
