I bought size 6-8 for my daughter who just turned 6. She is medium height maybe a bit small and usually wears XS size clothes and around 5T and this one fits just a little for growing. This solved our problem with itchy costumes and her new found modesty in the dressing rooms! It was hidden under all of her costumes. I also saw other girls whose costumes were very revealing and spoiled the look. I hope it will also be suitable for next year's performance. The "light tan" was perfect for her half-Mexican, half-German skin. Naked lions are too easy for her and everything that can be found in stores. The one we received had metal clips (rather than the plastic clips some reviewers had) that held the straps in place with ease.
